Studio Conditions
1. Punctuality
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disrupting the session.
2. Cleanliness & Hygiene
We maintain a clean and sanitized studio for everyone’s well-being. To help us keep the space fresh and safe for all, please:
• Wear clean workout attire
• Use a towel during your session
• Clean equipment after use
• Leave your shoes outside the studio
• Wipe your feet with the towels provided at the entrance to avoid bringing in sand or dirt
• Remove any jewelry to protect both our equipment and your own safety
• All mats and props are thoroughly disinfected after each session.
3. Mobile Devices
To preserve a calm and focused atmosphere, please silence your mobile devices before entering the studio. Phone use during class is not permitted.
4. Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell or have any injuries, please inform your instructor prior to class. We encourage open communication to ensure exercises can be modified to suit your needs.
Ohana Pilates Studio is not responsible for any injuries sustained during classes.
5. Booking & Cancellation
All sessions must be booked in advance to ensure availability. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the class to avoid a late cancellation fee.
If you’re unable to attend and it's less than 24 hours before class, we still appreciate a quick message—there may be a waiting list, and this allows us to offer your spot to someone else so the reformer doesn’t stay empty.
6. Payment
To secure your spot, all classes must be paid in advance. You can easily book and pay for a single class through our website or app.
Alternatively, feel free to contact us directly via WhatsApp or Instagram to arrange payment via bank transfer, if preferred.
Class packages can only be purchased in the studio after your first class, so we can ensure the package is the right fit for you. Please note: packages are not available for purchase online or through the app.
7. Class Size
Classes usually run with at least two participants, but occasionally a class with fewer than two may be canceled at the instructor’s discretion. If this happens, you’ll be notified in advance, your credits will be returned, and you’ll have the option to reschedule your session.
